I found out that there was a rare meteor shower happening soon. So, I reached out to my friends and asked if they would be interested in coming with me to Joshua Tree, where the sky is unencumbered by light pollution. They said yes! So, I quickly searched for the perfect airbnb and booked it! Shortly, we were all making our way to the house to watch the event and hang out.

We all got there at different times for our schedules, but we all made it! There was a jacuzzi, cute hang out spots and the house was perfect. It was really fun. We made something to eat and then got into the jacuzzi to watch the meteor shower. It was incredible to watch. There were so many shooting stars. We could see the Milky Way really well too. It was so fun!

When we were done watching the sky, we went inside and played games for a little bit before crashing.

In the morning, we had coffee out of the cutest mugs and took some fun photos with our friends before heading home. It was a great spontaneous trip!
