Winter Cleaning & Organizing

I got a burst of energy and motivation, which is seemingly rare this busy season. For Christmas this year, most of the things I asked for are organizing tools. Last weekend we spent time with half the family and exchanged gifts. Today, I put almost all the gifts I received to good use!

I used honeycomb drawer organizers to sort my sports bras and bathing suits.

A boho style hat organizer that hangs on the wall for large hats like my western hats. This keeps my hats in good shape and gives me room to store other things where they once were laying.

I used a special hanger to organize the clothes I have hanging up. You’re able to put 6 hangers on one and then have it hang so only one hanger holds 6 items.

A multiple tier hanger holds all the purses I’m not currently using.

There’s an attachment that goes onto a hanger that clips onto baseball hats so they are all organized. I used one of those to hang up my hats.

I was gifted a new comforter. I took off my flannel sheets and put my eucalyptus sheets back on. I replaced a couple blankets and made the bed up with white and green colors. I love how it looks.

I started to unpack a backpack from a trip I took. I unpacked just enough when my kitten, Cinnamon Swirl, decided that was just right for her. I didn’t notice at first, but she meowed at me and I saw her little face inside the backpack. Kittens make everything better.

I didn’t do everything I wanted to do, but I did a big chunk. Plus, I got to use most of my presents!
