My best friend and I decided last minute to head up the mountain to the local lake. We took some fun pictures, enjoyed the peaceful scenery and soaked up the sun. The sound of the water coming up on the shore was lovely. We had some snacks on the way up and down the mountain, since what’s a trip without them! We explored parts of the forest while we were there too.
