Very shortly after the Tennessee trip, I was right back on a plane on my way to Missouri! I was the maid of honor at my childhood best friend’s wedding. They got married at their family’s plantation where they already host weddings! It was a gorgeous wedding and a wonderful couple to celebrate. I got to spent quality time with her three precious boys and the other bridesmaid’s daughter who I adore! I loved exploring Missouri and the beautiful countryside.

I spent a week in Missouri prepping for the wedding, exploring and of course the wedding itself.

I joined the bridesmaid and her family for a visit to the Butterfly Palace. There were so many beautiful kinds of butterflies. We got some food to hold so they would land on us. It was simply amazing.

I was the only one to fly so, on my way to my hotel near the airport I saw a cave tour! I did a solo excursion to a cave that you could drive through! It was incredible! I was so glad I was brave enough to do that since I was by myself. It was so worth it!
